"My room booked via Expedia had been given to somebody else. Had to wait one hour before an alternative room had been cleaned. There was a lot of noise from workers, hammering, drilling etc - everyday. The manager was not around. When he was he apologized about the noise and said there would be no noise Sunday! But Sunday they were hammering the whole day! "
