"Everything was excellent. Julie was very friendly and kind, texted us because we were driving late at night. The room was clean, had coffee, towels, and anything you'd expect, and on top of all of that, there was a massage chair in the room. whenever I'm around, that's where I'm staying."

"While we understand there was a storm a few weeks prior. The site should have posted updated information based on all the severe damage done to the hotel. The outside was pretty ripped up and looked dilapidated while the inside the rooms on the first floor were fine. Due to flooding, the bar atrium area were closed and the restaurant was open and the breakfast was good. We had to turn off the AC in the middle of the night since it was so loud we couldn't sleep. Our bathroom had water bugs in...

"We stayed in a room on the first floor for 4 nights. The room was just one away from the pool, so I don’t know if somehow that was causing the humidity…but our room was humid to the point the sheets felt damp. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the non-slip area was dirty in the handicap bathroom. There were dust bunnies in the corners of the room. And the hallway had not been vacuumed the entire time we were there despite it being visibly dirty with chunks of stuff. Would not stay here...
