"This rental is very clean, spacious and decorated with appropriate old “school” charm. Our dog loved the stay as well. Lots of places to roam in the rental and outside. But her favorite spot was out on the patio with all of us. The photos online are exactly what the place looks like. Kathy was an amazing host, she was there if we needed her. Less than a five minute drive to downtown for a coffee, or pastries at Jaarsma’s bakery. You also have everything you need within the apartment. Plenty of...

"Stayed here multiple times. Never an issue. I can confirm that the tow company is serious, follow the parking instructions. I wasn't towed but saw truck pull up at 10pm and go through lot searching for violations. "

"The place is small but very cute and cozy, perfect for a short stay for my daughter and I. It had everything we needed and was clean. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but it ended up being very quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to find. The maintenance guy who is onsite was very helpful and answered right away when I had trouble working the electronic lock. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in...

"Had a good stay, the place was very nice. Only thing that was somewhat annoying was the parking situation since we got blocked by the train many times from getting to our car. Otherwise everything was excellent!"

"Wonderful for a week or two stay, can't beat the price and everything you need. Dog friendly, separate entrance, controlled parking, nice remodel finishing up. I couldn't be happier, great mural in historic downtown!"
