"I liked that the Gardener's Cottage was secluded and private. The noise outside was minimal and the rooms were homey. The parking in the adjacent lot was sufficient. I really enjoyed my stay and communication through email was excellent. I had plenty of time to communicate my breakfast choices. I will definitely return when visiting this area."

"Our family of 5 and dog stayed at this little cottage. We enjoyed swimming off of the dock and the ability to park our boat. We enjoyed nearby hiking and exploring. We would love to come back. Don’t expect 5 Star, but it does the job for a great price. I am tall and had to duck through doorways and there were a ton of crane flies, but no deal breakers. We enjoyed waking up to the river. Thanks for the enjoyable family get away. "

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It's in a gated community with a large playground and an enormous pool, but the cabin itself is beautifully hidden in the woods surrounded by wildlife! It is close to Lake catherine state park and Garvan Gardens which we love. My son is already talking about going back!"

"We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house was cozy yet spacious. Perfect for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the paddleboards and fishing. We planned activities in the surrounding area, but couldn't wait to come back to the cabin each day. The hosts were very welcoming and were fun to visit with. They had great recommendations and knew a lot about the area. We plan to stay again if we are back in the area. "
