"Very clean indoors! Beautiful view, lots of space for outdoor lounging, and visiting with geese, ducks & turtles in backyard and waters edge. Well appointed kitchen with everything you would need if you want to cook in, but close enough to shops if you want to eat out. Couple small hiccups but we let host know about them, general maintenance things that may get missed if using a cleaning service. Would definitely stay again, neighbors were friendly as well. "

"Perfect place to stay!! We loved everything about the house from the decor to the comfortable beds. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and plenty of room at the oversized bar to eat. The outside was warm and cozy and perfect to sit and unwind. The host answered our questions and was very welcoming. We can't wait to book our next stay!! "

"The carriage House’s charm was its authenticity. The hostess goes out of her way to make sure you have the basics-enough blankets, clean towels and sheets, kitchen supplies—etc. twice she visited my husband and I to make sure all was okay and she brought us a basket of snacks. It was nice to have a bathroom upstairs and down, also a washer and dryer. The courtyard is pretty and creative. Our hostess was very dog friendly. There were dog dishes there for my two. "Stacie was great at welcoming us during our stay. Arriving after daylight hours, the lights were on and sure helped us find our way throughout. The place is beautiful! It's chock-full of vintage furniture and modern conveniences. I think it's possibly the BEST stay we have had. Amazing concert with Maroon 5, great Little Rock restaurants, and Great proximity! Thanks again! Hope we can return again for a longer stay next time!"

"A beautiful stay, with exquisite bed sheets and thoughtful home design. But . . . thin walls. My neighbors were partying at 4 am! A quiet time, or an enforced quiet time, would have helped."
