"I loved my stay at this awesome studio. This is the third time I have stayed at this property. It is very clean and convenient to many restaurants, bars and major attractions in Birmingham. It feels like coming home when I visit Birmingham the couple of times during the year because of family. If anyone is looking for a "home away from home" feel while visiting Birmingham they should stay here."

" This was just the right size for my wife and I and had everything we needed for a home base during our four day stay. The location seemed to be 10 minutes or less from all the typical tourist distinations. The private parking was a huge plus for us!"

"The location was excellent for our concert night out at the BJCC. The nearby restaurants and the vibe of the building and area were fantastic. The cleanliness and communication were also on point. If you need a great location, atmosphere and marvelous views of the city, this is your spot."

"The location for this property isn’t the greatest, parking is horrible no designated park there is a parking garage in the back but smells like pee lol but once you actually get inside for this listing it will make you forget all about everything is the property is so beautiful and cozy"

"Great communication. Easy check in. Felt safe. Easy parking on street. Certain times and spots you may have to pay. The decorations were different than what was posted, not that it mattered. Sink is small. "

"We are a family of 5 with kids from 6yo- 12. In the morning we are not quiet. When we stay in a hotel I have to shush my kids about 100 time so we don’t disturb the hotel rooms beside and below us. This guest house was far enough away from everything else that we just got to have fun in the morning and be our loud selves. The it was very clean and seemingly pretty new. We were able to walk down to the little pond in the backyard as seen on the description. It was a nice little retreat for a few...

"Location can’t be beat. Around the property I felt unsafe. Apartment itself is okay, clean-ish, spacious, for the price it’s alright. Needs some repairs. Close to UAB which is what I needed. Host was very responsive. Wouldn’t stay again unless there wasn’t other options. "

"Amazing host"

"The unit was nicely appointed however we were asked to check in later because it was left it such an awful mess they were having trouble cleaning it. It did have a bad smell like a bar, but we burned a candle to help. The apartment building is nice and new and in a good convenient location. The communication was good however we had no key fob as the previous renter had lost it."

"It was perfect- a beautiful and comfortable apartment! I felt safe and had everything I needed. It was close to UAB, the airport,,and great restaurants. I truly enjoyed my stay!"
