"This was definitely an older motel property, but it was updated very nicely, and very clean. The room was small, but it had a queen bed and all the amenities we needed: refrig, microwave, coffee station, TV."

"Should have read the reviews, but it was the cheapest option on short notice. Sorry to say but the motel was in a really poor state. It also seemed like a lot of the people staying there are permanent residents. Everything was dirty from the hallway to the room. Found dirt on my toilet and sink, which had clearly not been cleaned. During the evening someone also dropped a pile of soiled sheets in front of my door. Reception was quick to come up and remove it though when I asked them. "

"Property is on the edge of town so very quiet. We stayed in the Sherman House which overlooks the WI River. Beautiful enclosed porch for sitting. Lovely indoor common area and dining room. "
