"This stay was a wonderful experience! We spent Christmas at Gloria's house and it was perfect. The house and grounds are beautiful, with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the well-maintained trail down to the river from the house, and visited the Blue Falls - highly recommend for those able to manage some stairs and elevation. We had a couple dinners cooked by the neighbors and they were delicious. Yadi and her family are very kind, and invited the kids to see their newborn calf. We enjoyed listening...

The hosts were welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a Pura Vida experience. Whether it was fishing in the pond, seeing the sloths, macaws, iguanas, turtles or herons it was fantastic. Their offers of fresh coconut, plantains, and fresh cane juice were well received. "Nice room with lots of storage around the bed. Complete kitchenette and laundry room with cute washer. Bathroom is decent. Close to everything as advertised. A bit noisy some nights but otherwise great little place. Not for the picky traveler. Definitely comfortable little apartment."
