"Vi bookede overnatningen samme dag og kunne allerede få adgang til værelset 2 timer før normal indtjekning, fornemt! Receptionisten snakkede godt engelsk og gav også forslag til restauranter i byen. Eneste minus er at der kun var lunket vand i bruseren. "

"Do not choose best western Jaco. There was no decent food except for limited fruit at the buffet. Everything was overcooked and bland. The bartender at one of the bars was very kind, and the only upside was the open bar. The hotel is outdated and if the A/C unit Isn’t keeping you awake then the music blasting until midnight will. When entering the hotel you feel like you have gone back 20 years in time and nothing has been maintained since. The A/C sounded like it was about to fall out and was so noisy and old. Not even with only the fan running could you stand to be in the room. The beds are very uncomfortable, and my room was crawling with ants. The key card for the room only worked every other time, so be prepared to go to the reception a lot to have the keycard updated. I would not go back here and would prefer a hostel over this hotel. "

"The hotel is really warn down. The room was ok with a comfortable bed. The AC was old and noisy. The location is perfect."

"First, this is a fantastic hotel. You have to know that it is on a large slope. They have golf carts to carry you up the hill if you need it, but you have to consider it if you have limited mobility. There is a wonderfull (public) beach you can walk to via a beautiful tropical forest manicured trail from the hotel. Wildlife is all around. We saw macaws, sloths, monkeys and tucans around and at the hotel. The restaurant is fine but a little expensive. If you have a car there are nice restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Breakfast is a little limited, and the only thing to point as slightly negative. If you arrive in the second half of the breakfast period some things might have ran out already. It's the only thing I would improve. But it does not stain what was a wonderfull experience for us."
