"Booked 3 nights last minute for a family member travelling alone and needed to cancel the next day due to a family emergency. Unable to do so as there was Zero refund with no consideration. This caused significant stress and a financial burden. Not impressed at all; I don’t care what the ‘policy’ was. This is not how you treat people."

"This is a lovely tranquil spot. It is beautifully appointed with everything needed for a quiet getaway. I would definitely return. The hosts were gracious and the check in was very easy. "

"Everything was nice. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very accommodating. Always assuring you are okay. A text away if you need anything. The basement is very warm... Good if you are the always cold type of person. Bad if you are the overheating type(there is a fan in the front closet). The bed is quite firm but does the job.Overall a beautiful place to stay in. Very well decorated. Definitely would stay again. "

"This was a beautiful clean snug, location is a 5-10 min walk to the town with plenty of bars and restaurants.We stayed for 2 weeks and found this very comfortable, close to all amenities and was a great base to explore Canada."
