"It was adequate but the property needs some TLC. Broken wooden step, lack of hot water, missing exposed light sockets in bathroom, just two towels, misc clutter on path to cottage, derelict vehicles blocking driveway. . "

There were other nice touches, such as a selection of low-priced toiletries available in case we had forgotten something. My wife appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was.
