"It is a lovely and unique property. One thing to keep in mind is the bedrooms in the mezzanine area are open to the lounge below if you have young kids with an earlier bed time. It is in a quiet area and not too far from Ballarat. I would definitely stay again."

"Thanks for providing a very large, spacious home for our multi-generational Easter holiday (me, my husband and our 2 kids; my sister, her husband and their 2 kids; and our mum/nan).Beautiful clean and soft linen and towels. Great games room for kids and adults alike. Loved the long dining table and many cupboards in the kitchen). I made the mistake of leaving a cupboard full of our food and shopping bags (after our stay ended) and the hosts were excellent at communication and even sent our items...
