"Wasn’t the best stay, if I’m being honest. They had all of the vents closed when we arrived, and since it was in the high 90’s that weekend, the place was very hot. We opened the vents but it didn’t cool down until the evening. Also - I don’t think it was falsely advertised - but you’re definitely sharing a house with other people. "Kitchen handy but fix the lighting outside the door because those parking posts are no joke in the dark. Parking can suck when booked up. Convention location. Consistent (we have stayed multiple times) in it's basics. "

"Rooms were clean and had a unique design then regular hotels. It’s an older but beautiful upgraded Mansion like place. Easy parking close to your room. Nice location on a hillside."

"The name “Little Beaver Inn” is in our opinion, misleading. It is actually a simple motel room, not an inn. You can use the kitchen and living room in the nearby Lodge (same owners). That property is FAR superior to the “Inn”, yet only costs about $15/night more. With taxes, the $190/night felt quite overpriced for the small hotel room. The quality of materials and construction are nice, particularly the bathroom. However, it is a big stretch to consider this an Inn. Had we known it...
