House was nice and walking out on dock high and low tide to some of is that have never experienced it is amazing. Much redoect to the men and women that keep the wharf going!"

"Wooded setting is very nice and quiet in a well maintained house. Convenient to Boothbay Harbor, East Boothbay, and Maine Botanical Gardens. A list of nearby hiking trails would be useful. Lots of nearby restaurants. We liked Shannon's Unshelled, Thistle Inn, and Carriage House. Linekin/Burley hike was rugged but very good on Ocean Point Rd."

"Stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful time seeing our son after 6 weeks at MMA. House was perfect and just what we needed. The profile says it all. It is a storybook cottage with views of the cove and even had a wonderful apple tree with apples all over it. Other reviews talk about the road and it smelling old. None of this was true at all. Never heard a single car and felt after pulling in the driveway that you were miles away from reality. Is it an older cottage, yes but that is what...

"The greenleaf/admirals quarters was fantasic! John, was an unbelievable host. He made sure to give us a tour of the whole property, as well as made us feel welcome with an abundance of complementary items to include food and drink, as well as a bonfire at dusk with s’mores.
