"Beautiful location right next to the water. The view was magical whether it was foggy, sunrise, high-tide, low-tide, or when the water was still as glass. "Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold.
