"I booked 2 cabins for July 27th and 28th, which I was charged for from the moment I booked them. But due to the fire in Jasper, the highways were closed and the town was evacuated and obviously, I could not use the cabins. I contacted the host, Dawn, to explain the situation so that she could refund my money, but she only responded by canceling one of the cabins, for which the refund is in process. "We loved our stay at Rock Lake Lodge. Rustic and secluded so perfect for our family fishing adventure. The staff were amazing! Candy and Leo were so friendly, funny, and authentic making for a very enjoyable stay. We ate all our meals at the lodge and the food is delicious! The kids just loved to food, the staff, and the area. Thank you again for a lovely time!"
