"Everything was just perfect. Nedska and husband were both very attentive and helpful no issues at all. The rental pictures show exactly what you walk into a beautiful clean home with everything you need to be comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet . There is a Walmart, Burger King, McDonald’s, Chinese restaurant supermarket everything and anything you need basically in the area .They have Tesla solar panels if power goes out which rarely happens the solar panels kick in. "I am really impressed with the quality of the house guest. He provided clear directions to the home on the first night. Also, he was very patient explaining over the phone all the details such as where the air conditioner control was located etc. The house was very clean with perfect ocean and marina views. The furnitite is very comfortable. The bed in the master was superb and comfy and it fits bigger sized people. This owner is definitely a super host. I will definitely rent this house again....

"This property was in Palmas Del Mar resort area and was an older home that has had a remodel. This brings the house up to date with some great additions like the outside bar, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. The A/C worked fine, particularly important at this time of year. We had 10 people of all ages and had no problem fitting all. The property naturally fits 8 people across 4 bedrooms with a sofa bed for two people.
