"There is an amazing restaurant next door which our host graciously arranged for seating when our flight was delayed! Our group had multiple travel delays, and our host was very flexible and helpful. He even helped to get us to a neighboring town to see other family in the area. It is close to the Himera Archaeological Park so expect some dust in the rooms. We had expected to be renting a house we would have for our group of 9. There were other renters in the rooms we hadn't reserved. This...

"Parking was convenient. Getting to the property was a challenge with long narrow roads.Nino was very helpful and made us feel very welcome."

"The house was very dirty; there weren’t even any sheets to cover up with, there’s no air conditioning in the living room, and the linens they provided weren’t exactly fresh. It’s very far from the sea, and the beach is terrible. The neighbors are literally right on your property, and the houses are very poorly laid out. It’s not worth it at all for this price—the kitchen is terrible, the staircase is terrible, and the bathrooms are terrible (I’ve never seen anything worse)."
