Gæstehuse i Cefalu-kysten

" Virkelig dejligt hotel resort. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Vi boede i en lejlighed med en KÆMPESTOR balkon. Lidt bedre møbler på balkonen ville være fint. God morgenmad. Personalet flinke med en lidt frisk fyr agtig humor, men meget serviceminded. Gåtur til byen tager 25 minutter noget af vejen af en lille hyggelig sti. "

"Loved the chrispy chocolate croisants at breakfast !! An old school type of hotel with very helpful staff, 90'ies decor and good breakfast. Free parking at a big parkinglot next to the hotel (Great advantage because parking is always a problem in Italy). The beach is in front of the hotel and it is close to the sights in Cefalu. We loved it."

"A beautiful and stylish hotel with a lovely view. However, the experience is ruined by the service provided. This hotel is supposed to be "4" star, but it doesn't live up to that standard. Unfortunately, there are too many small issues that bring it down. Their restaurant looks cozy, but the service is incredibly poor. We had to wait 45 minutes just to order our food, and the same amount of time to receive it. Half of the items on the menu weren't available, and when we finally got our food, it wasn’t very good. We also tried to order pizzas and were told that we couldn't, but later saw that other guests apparently could. Neither the waiters nor any other hotel staff spoke English, there was only one guy at the reception we could talk to. In the rooms, there wasn’t a single hook to hang a towel, so we had to leave them lying around the room or hang them over the furniture just to let them dry a bit. A simple thing like taking a round to collect glasses wasn't done much by the pool, so people had an incredible number of used glasses and bottles standing around for a long time. If you have a hotel located so far away from everything like this one, they should do something about the service level, as it was simply too poor, and you don't want to spend your whole day there, which is a real shame because both the pool and beach areas are incredibly nice. "Amazing location in the midlle of everything and only two minutes to the famous Cefalu beach. The balcony overlooking the sea is wiónderful, and our room was bog and modern. Highly recommendation. "

"The waiters in the restaurant behaves like the dont like the job, rude, tired and no service minded. The night shows were fanstastic. The breakfast room need som accustic plates. THE HOTGEL NEEDS a airport shuttle we paid 300 Euro from the airport and back, to expensive."
