"Breakfast was good! Room was clean."

"Disappointing breakfast. But, motels are all the same."

"The room was clean, breakfast was also good and very conveniently located."

"Great rooms, staff."

"When getting into the bed we found items left by previous guest. We addressed the issue with the front desk. They said that they could move us from 2 queen beds to a king and a sofa. I asked if we would get the room for free or a discount for the inconvenience of some of us having to sleep on a sofa bed. She called the manager and he/she said that we could take the King bed or leave. I started to tell other quest that they needed to check their beds. They eventually agreed to change our bedding...

"Another great stay! Comfy beds and a great nights rest!"

"Our room was nice! We enjoyed breakfast, Starbucks and breakfast each morning. The staff was outstanding!"

"Didn’t spend a lot of time at the property but in the past when we’ve stayed here the breakfast was very good and the hot tub was nice. This trip, we were on the south side of the building and could hear the train throughout the night."

"Hotel was nice and was quiet when we stayed. The room heater/AC was really loud though. Kept me up most of the night. Breakfast was okay, but seemed a little lacking considering the price of the room. No muffins or bagels, and the milk was just a gallon you had to use for your cereal which seems kinda odd."

"Good location close to campus, easy to get Ubers in and out of downtown Iowa City"
