Ideal kitchen is well stocked to cook for a crowd. This property is just a 5 minute golf cart ride from downtown and has incredible live oak trees that really bring that old Florida look. Catch the Gulf breezes on the front porch or the downstairs seating for coffee and dinner al fresco. Lots of storage room downstairs for bicycles, golf carts and more. This is a pet friendly unit, up to 2 dogs! Pet fee is as follows: Pet fee of $45 per night will be charged at booking or prior to check in, depending on which site you booked. Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum. If you did not pay a pet fee on booking, please notify us immediately. Evidence of pets in unit without paying the pet fee as required will result in a penalty of $300 charge to your card on file. Please check with us on any other pets. We do require that pets do not get on bed or furniture. Please do not leave barking dogs in the unit. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors.
