"We missed the part where there are several sets of stairs to get into the property. Our dog was fine at the property. One bedroom is 18 stair steps down from the kitchen and main level. It had a ceil fan. Nice size room. The second bedroom on main level, still required several stairs to get to. Acess to that level from main door is 18 stair steps. "A lovely little cabin in the woods. Beautiful spot to enjoy the serenity of the west side of Paso Robles. One bedroom is a loft above the kitchen and the other is a folding door off the living room. We had a small issue with the heater but Joy was very responsive and was able to fix it while we were at dinner. Joy was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Watch sunrise in the hot tub and seeing the deer walk on the property was the absolute highlight of our stay. "

"The kitchen had everything we need to cook, bake, good size refrigerator, utensils and dishes. The yard was good for our dog, however it is not completed secure, so we did keep our dog on a leash was on the patio. Very nice to be able to bbq as well. Also, the store across the street has an impressive variety of unique stuff such as yeast for baking home made bread! "

"The Hilltop Cottage is a lovely place to stay while in Paso and is convenient to many different locations in Wine Country. "Nice hotel in walking distance (25 minutes) to downtown Paso Robles. Nice comfy and clean rooms. A lot of noise outside in the morning (started at 5) made it difficult to sleep late. But despite from this, we had an excellent stay."
