"Very nice property, easy parking and close to downtown Paso Robles. Ideal for exploring the local vineyards and wineries. Well decorated and a very nice kitchen for longer stays. The outdoor seating area is very nice in the late evening as well. "

"We love Avila and this place gives you quick access to the beach as it is just behind Avila Market. It is tucked in tight behind the businesses that run along the beach. There is a peek-a-boo view to the beach, but we value a quick walk to the beach over a view and a parking spot. Inside is very cute, clean and spacious for a one bedroom. We had four staying there and it was comfortable. There is no A/C but you are just steps from the beach, so go enjoy it. We'd stay again!"

"Hubby and I had an amazing and relaxing time celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary at this well appointed Condo in Cayucos. The condo comes with all the amenities needed with the comforts of home including a very comfortable king size bed. The host provided delicious coffee beans as a nice touch! The towels are soft, the kitchen utensils and small appliances are also in nice working condition. We canceled our reservations for our anniversary dinner and enjoyed grilling fish for tacos paired...

"We absolutely loved this property. We were looking for something that once we got there we wouldn’t have to drive anywhere and that is definitely this property. The amenities were all new and clean and had such a great lay out! Would highly recommend!!"

"Two story unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location for walking into town was excellent, good parking opportunities. Owners very responsive. Only issue was loud noise coming from hot tub on rooftop deck but was easily remedied by turning the unit off after communication with owner. Did not use rooftop deck. Was disappointed there was no view. Overall highly recommend you cannot go wrong if Avila Beach is your chosen destination. "

"great location and adorable town! very easy company to work with. a couple of the overhead fans were not working and needed adjustment so they didn't squeak (2nd bedroom and living room). both beds were very comfortable. the parking spot under the carport is first come, first serve, but that only seemed to matter on the Saturday and Sunday. will rent again!"

"I stayed in this vacation home with my family. It was a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely perfect for us, was stocked with all the essentials and required the bare minimum to check out. It was perfect we would easily choose to stay again. The location was phenomenal and I appreciated the covered/gated parking.
