Hotel i Cay Bay, Cole Bay

"Beliggenhed"

"Good location, good size room, nice beach. Very large resort like property"

"The people were nice and the location is perfect. However, the room smelled damp and the windows cannot open so it was difficult to air out the room. The airco was clearly filled with dust and was blowing dust through the room."

"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"Fint sted og tæt på vandet "

"Everything was amazing"

"Vi blev mødt af super venlige personale i receptionen og blev godt behandlet. Den mistede bagage fra flyet, blev vi orienteret om, lige så snart det ankom til hotellet."

"Will be be back"

"It was good"

"Very disappointing. The room was completely run down with peeling paint in the cupboards, things being removed from the walls without fixing and everything made in the cheapest materials. Black hair everywhere and I'm a blonde! False advertisinf with 5 beach bars, deck chairs and many other things. Great beachfront location and very friendly service."

"Very spacious clean and staff is super nice"

"Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

"The location was great, right on the beach and the water was clear and lovely to swim in. The air conditioning in our unit was unreliable and kept cutting out. Drinking water was not provided in the rooms and there were no fill (water) stations on the resort forcing guests to purchase water to stay hydrated. The room and food were adequate and overall the staff were friendly."
