"The view is amazing, villa was nice, owner was very nice and helpful."

"Five months later, and we are still waiting for the hotel to refund the double payment. Booked and paid via hotels.com - but upon arrival the hotel could not see this in their system and forced us to pay directly to them also. Did not have other options than doing this - but assumed they would refund once their error was clear. Many e-mails later and we are still waiting"

"Our goal was to see wildlife, particularly birds at Macaw, we were not disappointed. "

"I had the worst hotel experience of my life here! The shower had a cheap plastic shower head that was broken when my daughter first tried to take a shower. The shower head disconnected from its base and couldn’t be used. We reported the issue and a staff member worked on it and said it was fixed. "Stay ok. This hotel shows as a front picture, a picture with swimming pool that it is not even the one we can use. The one showing is in construction."

"the cleaning staff cleaned my room every time i asked them and provide clean sheets ."

"Lidt slidt, men hyggeligt. Fantastisk beliggenhed "
