"Everything about our stay was perfect — from the warm welcome and kindness of the staff to the beautiful room decor and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall assistance provided by the team was truly above and beyond. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, with no extra charges — a big plus after a long journey! "First of all the staff and breakfast were amazing. The hiking trip organised by the hotel was awesome. The location is really good. The downsides there were lots of bugs in my room. I killed them all and i thought that was the end of it then on the last day upon checking out there was a huge cockroach on the floor, i presume their mother. The water pressure for the hot water didnt seem to exist at times and you had to run it for a while to make it work. "

"Was a great stay. Breakfast on the street is great, rooms spacious and in a cave, very cool. The only resort that I stayed in Vietnam that had hot water. The staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. Shame about the monster resort getting built in front, looking at cranes and building work. "

"Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind."

"This hotel is just outside of cat ba town. to go out for dinner in the evening involves a bit of a walk up a hill into town. It is down in the harbor where you catch the boats to go to Halong Bay. It is immaculate. the breakfast is served to you. It is not an all you can eat breakfast but it is certainly sufficient. But if. you want an extra coffee, they want to charge you for it. "I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and bright. It was lovely to wake up to the view. The staff were very kind and helpful. The ground floor cafe is a nice bonus. Close to lots of options for food, but not amongst it enough to be noisy."

"Vi (2 voksne og 2 børn) havde et rigtigt fint ophold på hotellet. Hele vejen igennem har vi fået god behandling og perfekt service af Jennie fra hotellet, som har hjulpet med alt fra transport til og fra, bådture og scooterleje. Vores værelse var lidt til den lille side, men ellers ikke det store og klage over. Senge var lidt for hård til min smag, men blev løst med ekstra dyner under lagen. Eneste lille anke, er morgenmaden, som ikke er det bedste. Stor værdi til pengene! "
