"Overall experience was fine. It’s a massive hotel with 3 separate hotel buildings. Very crowded, even though this was off season. The restaurants were okay. The staff in the reception were very helpful! It’s way too expensive compared to other way better hotels in Vietnam, but there are not a lot of options on the island. "

"Huge hotel with truly great potential, however it’s lacking guests and seriously needs funds and refurbishment. Seemed a large part of the hotel was closed off. Skybar not accessible due to typhoon damage 6 months ago. Most lamps in our room were not working. Room was spacious and bed + bedding super comfortable. Cleaning could have been better. Carpet was stained and felt greasy but we dealt with that by just wearing slippers. Staff is friendly but language is a huge barrier as they speak very little English which results in them not interacting with us unless spoken directly to. Location is okay but requires either scooter rental or taxi to get to/from the main city area as the hotel sits on a hill overlooking the Bay and golf course. "
