"The hotel staff were very helpful. They upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a typhoon, but the staff were very caring and helpful, making sure we had transportation arranged to get off of the island. Convenient location close to many restaurants."
"Meget primitivt hotel men fint hvis man bare skal have en enkelt overnatning. Personalet kan ikke engelsk, så man skal kommunikere med fagter og Google translate -Personalet ville ellers rigtig gerne hjælpe.
Restauranten på hotellet var lukket da vi boede der, men der ligger en masse restauranter i nærheden.
Overordnet var det ikke et super godt hotel, men prisen taget i betragtning, kan man sagtens bo der en enkelt overnatning eller to.

"The overall area of the guesthouse is quite large, they have two dining areas (though only one was used) and a small manmade pond with seating area around it. Lots of plants and greenary, so we were excited to get to our room thinking it would be warm and welcoming as well... which it wasn't really unfortunately. To be fair, it's a good sized room for Vietnam standards, however felt a bit cold and we couldn't seem to get the musty smell away and sometimes dampness in our clothes.

"Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...
