"The property was on the seafront overlooking the beach, Southend Pier, and the amusements. All of the food outlets were either on the seafront or within 20 minutes walk east or west along the parade or north going towards Sainsburys. Lovely place which i hope to visit again."

"It was a very nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. Ideal location near to Cooling Castle were able to walk back after the wedding well with a torch. Staff were all friendly. Would recommend."

My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area."

"It could have been fantastic. The location can't get better, the room decoration is very nice, but when the toilet does not flush unless you pump it out and the remote to the TV does work. The windows are difficult too see through and one of the lamps doesn't light, it takes it down. It's really small things that could easily be fixed"
