"a estadia foi perfeita, café da manha muito bom, Mario nos atendeu com muita simpatia, só achei que a propriedade é pouco explorada, podia ter algumas atividades usando o espaço que é tão bonito, como bicicletas para passeio dos hospedes, opção de um piquenique ou algo que utilize melhor o espaço amplo e tão bonito da propriedade."

"Absolutely horrible. One of the worst places I've ever stayed at. From the lack of promised amenities (Wi-Fi, laundry, full kitchen) Called 4 different numbers to try to get ahold of the host, to no avail. Had to contact VRBO support for them to finally call from a DIFFERENT number listed (after trying the 4 that were)We had to wait for the the hosts, for over an hour after our check in time in 100 degree weather. After finally getting checked in at 1900, (when check in was at 1730) we went to...

"Great staff, restaurant was excellent and well priced. Peaceful setting, nice pool, not inexpensive but a super nice experience. Wines were really good too. The manager and the team were top notch. About 10 mins to Montepulciano, andplenty of places to explore nearby. recommend!"

"Set up like a country manor. Elegant chandeliers, marble staircase, beautiful table setting for breakfast. Personable host, nice room and view of country side. Best to call host on Whats Ap for directions to the property once you turn on to the dirt road"

"The host was amazing, personal, and was there every step of the way if we needed anything. The best host I have ever had. Great beautiful and delicious breakfast made the the owners as well as a great recommendation for dinner in the town. Would recommend to anyone. Will hopefully be back. "

"Wir hatten einen E-Rollstuhl-Fahrer dabei. Die Unterkunft ist quasi perfekt dafür. Alles barrierefrei und gut rangierbar innerhalb der Wohnung. Nur der Eingang war etwas herausfordernd, aber machbar. Die eine Stufe wurde mit brettern überbrückt und war etwas wackelig. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Mitten in der Natur und von Wald und wiesen umgeben, deshalb auch kühler. Wir hatten zu wenig warme Sachen dabei für Ende Mai!"

"Overall, our stay here was wonderful. Two small caveats. First, WiFi was sketchy. For the price, this place should have its own WiFi. There were only a couple of spots where it was reliable. Second, there is a gravel road that lead to the property with lots of ruts dips. Our rental car scraped bottom several times. If you’re driving with a small Fiat or something similar, beware. "
