"This was a very disappointed stay. No where near 5 star service they claim. Room were only equipped with heaters, no aircon available. Breakfast was mediocre and lacked being refilled. Reception was not open at the hours indicated. We were 2 people, but only given 1 towel. When trying to find staff to give us another, nobody was available. "Wow is an understatement. This was the most spectacular part of our entire Italy trip. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. The sprawling property is spectacular to roam around.
