"Hotellet ligger ved havnen med fin udsigt over vandet. Der er en mindre strand tæt ved. Mange muligheder for shopping i de små gader og gode spisesteder.
Bilen kan holde i p-hus og bliver afhentet og leveret ved døren. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

"Flot og velbeliggende hotel lige udenfor bymidten med citron- og appelsinhaver som nærmeste naboer. Vores værelser var med balkon og udsigt til Vesuv og Napolibugten.
Poolområder på toppen af hotellet var rent og velholdt, og udsigten derfra var endnu mere betagende.
Venligt og charmerende personale, som var serviceminded på en behagelig og afslappet måde.
Værelser og bad var rene og i god stand, og vi fik nye håndklæder dagligt, selv om de ikke var lagt til vask.

The surroundings are very nice. About 15 minutes walk to city centre of Sorrento with many restaurants and shops.
Breakfast good - restaurant at dinner maybe not that good food but very nice staff.
The rooms with view towards the park were nice.

"Perfekt beliggenhed med fantastisk udsigt over Napolibugten. Meget hjælpsomt personale og gratis shuttlebus til og fra Sorrento mange gange dagligt. Meget rent og velholdt hotel. Arrangementer i baren flere gange ugentligt. Restauranten giver udtryk af at være meget fin, men maden er comme ci, comme ca, det kan godt gøres bedre !!!! Man alt i alt et skønt sted."

I cant say enough about the staff the shuttle bus driver Don Ignacio was always on time at pickup and drop off.
Sorento is about 10 minutes from hotel in shuttle bus.

Derudover blev vi vækket flere nætter efter midnat fordi der var nogle der bankede på døren hos os og andre meget intenst. Derudover var der råb fra gangen om at nogle skulle skynde sig om natten. Vores indtryk var at der var lukket folk ind udefra gaden.

"It’s a great place to stay at e.g. having a bed. The people at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us getting a bit earlier into our rooms, recommending an upgrade. Turned out to be not very costly and worth every penny. Don’t choose this place for the restaurant or bar. This was unfortunately below the standards of the amount of stars that this hotel has. So I can recommend it for the central location. Can be bit noisy at times, but it’s not too bad. We had a room facing the square and metro station. Sleep here. Eat and drink elsewhere. A bit of context to the bar and restaurant. Bar wasn’t opened or rather there were no staff present. Not very good drinks. Ordered a Negroni, being in Italy you should think that they could make you a proper one, which to my opinion was not the case. A bit pricey on the quality. The restaurant, where to start; service was not really that great. Not everything on the menu was available for either the food or the wine list. Breakfast was ok if you get there early. We got there 8:20 AM and there were almost nothing there. The scramble eggs, supposedly would be there in three minutes. Which was the standard answer, even when asking second time after my initial question 5 minutes before. Dinner was not a great experience. Nothing on the menu looks like anything that they are advertising on the screen in the lounge area. Neither the plating or presentation of the food is associating it with fine dining as they claim it is."
"We had a great stay. The hotel is right next to the main station, the rooms are spacious and clean with great beds and above all the staff are super kind and helpful with any request. The only small downside is the noice from the square, but it’s nothing that a good pair of earplugs can’t fix. "

Beliggenheden er god hvis du skal bruge offentlig transport ellers kan de virke lidt skummelt, men der er mange gode spisesteder i området. Morgenmaden er lækker og der er en del at vælge i mellem.
