We’re in the Ligurian hinterland; the village is called Castelvittorio, surrounded by olive groves and just a few minutes from the sea. The space

The apartment, measuring approximately 70 square meters, is located on the second and third floors of a charming medieval building that does NOT have an elevator (PLEASE NOTE: there are internal stairs). The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, a relaxation area, and a dining area.

- KITCHEN with a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, and kitchen utensils.

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.

- BEDROOM II with two single beds.

- BEDROOM III with a double bed.

- TWO BATHROOMS, both with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Imperia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
