"Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls tadellos, WhatsApp Anfragen wurden in Minuten beantwortet. Alles super. Einziges kleines Manko, ein Schlafzimmer ist nur mit einem Vorhang von der Küche und Gemeinschaftsraum abgetrennt, das ist nicht so toll. Aber sonst alles super."

"We throughly enjoyed this house. Giulio was the ultimate host. He was prompt in his response and often would show up to address any issue within minutes of being alerted to it. The house was beautiful and clean. Each room had amazing views and the living space was the perfect spot for drinks with a view. The house was also super convenient for walking into town for restaurants and bars. The car stayed in the driveway unless we were going to another city. Highly recommend this listing to anyone...

"Super nice and new apartments however the beds are not same quality as the rest of the building / flat. Calling it suites the expectations are (to us) better than a basic flat, which this is. The beds are not good (very soft, bouncy) and our bigger kids slept in was really poor and noisy (sleeping sofa-bed). "
