Cassinelli Winery and Vineyards

While staff was friendly and accomodating, I overall found the hotel (rooms, primarily) a bit basic at the price bracket. A quaint place but missing a few essentials you'd find in larger franchises, e.g. proper chairs in the room, a lounge...

I was electricutet by the toilet paper holder. The staff didn’t believe me until they felt it themselves. Room 902 I was downgraded to a worse room, but got a "complimentary" breakfast. They later asked if i was okay, i told them no but i told them i would hope they got it fixed. They just told me maybe? This has propably been one of the most expensive hotels i have stayed at, and yet it has been one of the worst.
