"I really love this place. I love how they thought about having all the things you would need at the beach and they have it free for people staying in to borrow. It was very convenient especially for us who flew in. The host was really nice too, she gave us a tour of the place and gave us a map and told us the good places to check. It’s also right across beach access 9 so it’s not a long walk going to the beach and you don’t need to look for a place to park when it’s busy."

Multiple areas of the home were dirty including the hot tub which is not sanitary. Upon informing the host a man appeared at the rental drunk and started yelling at me a female who is much younger than him.He was rude and tried to tell me I was seeing things. I told him to touch the dirty areas and visible things such as hairs...

"The “TikiHut” was a cute 1 bedroom with everything we needed, including a great screened-in-porch to relax. We hung out at the pool, used the outdoor grill and seating, were able to wash clothes as needed, and there were kayaks available too. It was easy to get around by the Breeze free trolley. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here!"

The best part is the location - right across the street from a fantastic beach, close enough to walk to the main business district but not so close that you have to deal with all the people of you don’t want to. "Perfect location, we walked to stump pass a couple times and when we just wanted to sit on the beach it was very close. The backpack style beach chairs were convenient and we made good use of the shark teeth equipment and found a lot of sharks teeth. The kayaks were a highlight, easy to put in across the street and you don’t have to go very far to have the dolphins swim right up to you! Just down the canal that you put the boat in and hang a right and maybe a quarter mile and the dolphins are...
