The walkout lower level is made for entertainment — complete with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed, a full custom bathroom, and a private theater room with a massive 90” Roku TV. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $169 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay

*Please clean all used dished prior to departure
*Please bag ALL trash and place in receptacles in the garage. PLEASE put receptacles out near road by the sign Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup.
*Our outdoor cushions for seating may be found in the lower level. When you are done using them please put them back in the lower level for sanitary reasons. Thank you.
