"What’s gem. Absolutely adorable “bunkhouse”. Came equipped with everything we needed. Clean comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. We watched a storm roll in as we sat in the dry and airy space. The paddle boards were so much fun. We carried them across the road to access the lake. Dennis&Sheila are friendly helpful hosts. I highly recommend. "

"We stayed here for two nights with my parents and our three children. It is a beautiful rustic log cabin in the woods surrounded by trees. We enjoyed using the stone log fireplace every evening. The kitchen has the basics and the beds were comfortable. The cabin has baseboard heaters. The location was very convenient to Boothbay Harbor."

"Camp was awesome! Lots of fun water activities right on a beautiful pond. Location was great, close to a lot of food and other activities. Went to Portland for some breweries, only a short drive. Most of the time just enjoyed the outdoors and the pond! Would absolutely stay again! "

"Great location, beautiful views the electric features needs “ Attention “ to prevent an accident. ( floor lamp next to chimney, lamp outside bathroom (hallway) brown lamp in bookcase doesn’t work. Outdoor grill needs replacement parts, new burner on the right side. Everything else great !"

"A lovely little cabin with nice furniture, a well appointed kitchen (with a dishwasher and nice pots and pans), a high end grill, etc. as well as great common spaces with the screened in porch being a highlight. Sprucewold was gorgeous, with the beach club being immaculate.I’ve stayed many places in Lincoln County, ME and this is a good one. Especially if you’re looking for a family friendly, dog friendly, clean cabin."

"We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable king size bed with plenty of good pillows. Shower had wonderful pressure! Kitchen well equipped. Quiet and view over lake serene. Enjoyed the loon and bald eagle. Best for 2 people bunk room very small. Would recommend and come back ourselves, but longer stay. serene."

"We loved our stay at the cabin. Our baby adored the swing-set in the yard and the house had all of the comforts of home while still feeling rustic and like we were in the woods (exactly the vibe we hoped for). The golf cart was super fun and Beach 5 was close by and possibly the best beach on the island. The house was nicer than the photos. Carol was very responsive and helped us troubleshoot an issue. We love Frye Island and we will be back!"
