"The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 children aged 8,11 and 14 and struggle to find hotel accommodation to fit us all in, within price range. This apartment was perfect for us all, plenty of space for eating, chilling out, making dinners etc. The location was perfectly situated for the Ironman event my husband took part in. The apartment was ground floor so had easy access to the pool. "

Our host was responsive which was good because the way you need to check in and get your key is a bit of a process. I had to leave my mom and sister with all our bags on the street in front of the apartment building and run 2 city blocks to a convenience store. There I had to give a code, which didn’t work but the host responded quickly with another code. I got the key and had to run back the 2...

"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours.
