"Easy check in. Property owner was very responsive to my messages. She would follow up on our stay if we needed anything. Myself and my family love the house. Great for a family of eight with two floor separating each other. Would highly recommend and would rent again. Only thing downside may be just for my stay was that the house did not had AC during my stay and top floor was hot until early morning, but was provided with fans"

"The property is lovely - superb beds and baths. It was raining most of the week otherwise we would have made use of the roof deck. Off street parking was a boon as we explored nearby neighborhoods by car for dining. There was access to highways and thoroughfares into Seattle proper so that made the location convenient. We both would highly recommend."

"This is just what my sister and I were looking for. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying beauty of the outdoors. There are a few items that could be updated inside or repaired but it didn’t distract from our stay. The kitchen didn’t have any bowls to make a salad."

"What a great getaway house! It is well-appointed, and the kitchen has everything we need. It was great to be able to charge our vehicle at the house. "Very clean and well decorated 3 floor condominium in a great neighborhood in Fremont. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store all within walking distance. Added bonus is a dedicated parking spot. Easy access to downtown, Pike Place Market, Ballard, University area, Green Lake. Only one television and it was on the 1st floor. "The online check-in worked very well, and the house was great and very clean. Unfortunately we had a problem with electricity to the kitchentte including the refrigerator. We wrote to Vince about it on the first evening. He answered very quickly and contacted maintainance and promissed it would be fixed asap, but it never Got to work, and we did not hear from him the following the days, which was a bit odd. Apart from that we liked our stay in the lovely house and the quiet neighborhood. "

"Decent hotel which is not super far from Microsoft which I was visiting. The breakfast buffet while included in the price was just some bread and bagels you could heat and eat and some cereals. I would have been OK to pay extra and get a better serivice and less carbs. The rooms themselves are good, furnished well for a business trip. WiFi works and has decent speeds. Not the greatest view out of the windows, but a short walk from the Hotel you will find Marymoor Park which has some very good views if you are into that. Only downside about the room is that sound travels too well between the rooms. You can hear your neighbors and people on the corridors. During the night it is mostly quiet. Although, I did have a neighbor who decided to do phone calls a 3am, which the friendly staff did take care off. All in all I was happy with my stay."
