It was perfect for our group - giving each couple privacy with a private room and ensuite bathroom. Beds were comfortable and you have the 'best' towels I have ever used in a rental! Pots and pans are a little tired, but completely functional. We used the hot tub as a "warm tub" as we were there during a heat wave.
