A Business Hotel
The hotel has all the amenities needed and does not promise more. It is clean, functional and has reasonable large rooms that does the trick. My only complaint and one that probably could have been solved calling the reception was that the choice and availability of coffee, nescafe, and tea in the room was limited and on the second day non-existent.

Everything as you expect it to be
Nice hotel. Nothing more, nothing less - than what you expect. The gym is nice (even has free drinking water). Breakfast buffet the best we had in Morocco.

Godt mellemklasse hotel
Hotellet ligger lige ved foden af havnen og er meget centralt. Vær opmærksom på der er et Ibis Hotel lige ved siden af som måske egner sig til de mere prisbevidste. Der er en god resturant på hotellet og meget venlig betjening generelt men ikke synderlig hjælpsom. Jeg vil dog klart anbefale hotellet som et godt business hotel. Jeg var kun i Casablance en nat så min bedømmelse skal læses på den baggrund.

Hotel needs certainly renovation. Furnitures are worn out, room was smelly and no cold airco available despite 30 degrees outside. Not a good stay

Staff are very helpful but we had to change rooms because the air-conditioning was not functioning properly and the room was hot. The new room was slightly better. Although this hotel is very basic, I had hoped they would provide a toothbrush and a shower cap at the very least. Location wise it is near Rick’s cafe which is everyone’s favourite destination.

It’s Just 4 minutes walk from Casa Port railway station ..staff are helpful and friendly.. it’s better to get your breakfast early rather than keep it to the last hour ( they start to clean the break fast area between 10:30 to 11:00)

This was listed as a 4 star, Actually, it was more like a 3 star. The room had very few electrical outlets. it only provided 2 paper cups for water or coffee. No spoon for coffee, nor creamer, bathroom did not contain what is expected of 4 star hotel. Breakfast was extremely limited in offering. Good central location, but overall very disappointing.

Lovely hotel but bad nights sleep
We stayed for one night. The Hotel itself was lovely & clean & the location is good as near the souk. The hotel staff on reception were responsive and helpful & the wifi excellent . My only complaint is that it was excessively hot & there was no air conditioning. When we enquired about this we were told it had been switched onto heating only! The only option we had to cool down was to leave the windows open. Even on the 16th floor this was really noisy as there was construction work going on opposite & combined with the heat didn’t sleep well at all.

A very nice sand contemporary hotel, close to the old medina in Casablanca, and handy to the central area. The staff were lovely, and accommodating even with my poor French. It was clean, and the food was fresh. The workout area had a variety of machines to use, as well. One knock was that only two of the three elevators worked the entire 5 days I was there, and it was down to one elevator for part of the time. I would definitely stay here again.
