The staff is wonderful, fun, kind, and go above and beyond to make it the best stay possible. The pools are gorgeous and full of fun activities. The beach is beautiful with a ton of seating options. "The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "

The team prepared a personalised itinerary for my stay, involving the Gros Piton climb, chocolate making tour, coco nib afternoon tea and a local rum tasting - all highly recommended! Mind the piton climb though, it is not for the faint hearted :) Special shout out to my man Romario a the bar, and to Donovan in the kitchen - be sure to ask...

I did see a review before booking regarding the water pressure which is nonexistent really and not that you need hot water but there was no hot water in the shower. The virtual concierge was great very attentive and even Left a bottle of champagne as I was visiting for my father’s funeral. A lot of the services that are listed on property unfortunately are not such as laundry facilities which is one of the main reasons I chose this location....
