"Communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. The back patio was very nice. The enclosed porch was wonderful. The location is beautiful. It was a great stay. "

"Small house, relatively in line with the advertisement. We were 5 people, a bit short on dishes, no space to put our belongings in the rooms (chairs would be welcome), the bathroom and shower room are really too small with a shower that is impossible to use without flooding the shower room... The cupboards smell musty and damp. There is no Wifi and the internet speed is very low... (Difficult to communicate with the real estate agency, especially, and to prepare our visits online) The price is...

"Spacious house with large drive/parking and big garden in a quiet rustic location. Enjoyed our meals in the garden under the shade of the huge fig tree! Well equipped, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms! 10 min walk to nearest beach (a rocky but very pretty inlet) and nice coastal walks. Bus to Santander stops virtually outside and is very reasonable. We went into town for dinner but there are several restaurants within walking distance too. Supermarkets close by for the essentials. Ana and her mum...

"Nos hemos quedado en casa de Consuelo dos noches, viajamos dos parejas con 3 niños para visitar el Parque Natural de Cabárceno. Hemos estado como en nuestra propia casa. Consuelo, la dueña, ofrece facilidades en todo, para la llegada, la salida, ofrece indicaciones de todo lo que puedas necesitar y está muy pendiente de sus huéspedes. La casa está muy limpia, tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia, muy cuidada y está muy bien comunicada; en un entorno tranquilo y perfecto para desconectar. "

"Los dueños son muy amables. La casa igual que en el anuncio. Entorno muy tranquilo. La estancia estaba mejor de lo que podríamos imaginar. Seguro que repetiremos."

"We stayed 10 days in the house, like at home. The rooms are clean and offering a lot of space for a big family(until 10 persons). You need a car to go at beach or nearest city, but it's not a big issue as you have a private and safe parc place for your car. The garden surrounding the house is really nice and you can get fresh fruits like orange each day. To summarize, a very good place to be for a weekend or more :-)"
