"This house was not ready to be rented to people- the pipes were very noisy and I didn’t have one night of sleep while I was there! Huge cockroaches were in the house as well huge red ants- the management was notified that I couldn’t sleep and didn’t do nothing to resolve the issues. I also felt it was unsafe because there wasn’t curtains on the windows on the main level and I felt like anyone could be watching us. Also there are stairs to all the bedrooms."

"The overall space and design was very roomy for 9 adults. The property itself needs some TLC. The electronics had very little instructions. Remotes were half put together. Theatre was nice but game chairs didn't work and couldn't get the surround sound to function. The outdoor space also requires some attention as the fire pit is falling apart and the outdoor patio furniture was really dirty. Gas grill was ok but needs attention or replacement. "We had a great stay at Downtown Dugout. Kim was an excellent host and communication was great and timely. The house was clean and just as described. The house was stocked and we really appreciated the snack basket that was available upon check-in which we greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling and weren't quite sure of our dinner plans. We would highly recommend the Downtown Dugout."
