Everything was clean and there was a nice binder with information on what was close and available. What we really loved was that it was in walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. "Everything was near brand new. Washer and dryer were fantastic. Beds comfortable. Be aware there is no dishwasher but was no problem. Was a little musty near the back staircase in the heat of the day. Worked with the mngt company and owner and a sibling came out to help resolve. Expect small delay getting help with issues, the sibling nearby runs a farm and works hard! They were great people!WiFi worked fine for us.
