"We had a wonderful week at the Liberty Mountain Resort. Staff were all so friendly and accommodating from the get-go. Room was clean and had a nice balcony to sit with our morning coffee facing the mountain. We enjoyed walking the property in the evenings and strolling around the pond and courtyard area. We had booked the hotel because of the pool and gym. However, the pool was full of unsupervised children who were loud and playing ball, and there were also unsupervised kids in the gym, using the equipment to play on. "2 day stay with 2 rooms.
Nice hotel, amazing breakfast and bar.
But no cleaning of rooms. Asked 2 times for coffee, towels and water. It came 9.30 pm - but only to one of our rooms.
Excuse for no cleaning was that the hotel was full - they were busy. We got a discount though.
Also water dispenser and ice machine did not work at the 2 floors we were at, also not at the gym.
Little things - but important things.

I was told to call in advance, i called and was told to call the next day (day before arrival), but it would not be an issue since my cottage was vacant the day before. I called and was told I was unable to check in early and had to call the next day (day of arrival). Seemed to be some miscommunication so we just chose to leave later in day to arrive at normal check...

"The Hilton was fabulous . The Buffett breakfast Wes delicious . There was also a more robust menu to choose from. There were multiple delicious items available for dinner.
My room was spacious and comfortable.
