"My family and I had a delightful stay in Carriacou in early May 2024. Dave, the host, called me a few days before our arrival and provided details regarding our stay, as well as things to do. He picked us up at the port, stopped at a local grocery store so we could pick up some provisions, and then took us to the apartment where we spent 2 nights and three days. "The broad back porch offers a view from high above the bay to the the wild foliage covering the hillside, the beach below and the islands in the distance. A full kitchen lets you enjoy breakfast and afternoon drinks while you ponder the view. The rooms are rustic, spacious, and comfortable. And very clean with beautiful wood floors and furniture.There are several quiet beaches nearby where you'll often be the only people on the beach. "I stayed at Almost Paradise from March 12-26 and the best way I can describe it is as a dream come true. My adorable cottage sat on a hillside overlooking the ocean, and waking up every day to the gorgeous view was one of the amazing things about my stay.
