"We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. Great front desk staff and housekeeping. Lucien was a stand out front desk employee who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your business. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeepers were efficient. Great location close to the subway and Central Park top end. We will be back."

"Super fint hotel med ekstrem høj rengøringsstandard"

"Great hotel and great location. We have stayed there several times over the years and love coming back"

The area around the sink and mirror had damaged and deteriorating sealant, heavy discoloration, and signs of moisture damage. The curtain rod was badly rusted, and the bathroom door was swollen from water damage and would not close properly. After we reported it, the hotel fixed the door, but that was the only issue they...

"Very slow and hard communication and not enough towels or duvets for everyone even after several requests. Location fine, room good, bathrooms clean. Central Park and Subway very close. "
