Blue Haven - Waterfront Condo with Spectacular Sunsets

This beautiful beach condo sits right on the canal offering amazing views, and the ability to see terrific sunsets. With a covered balcony on the canal side you can sit right out on the water no matter the weather and enjoy the tranquility of watching the boats pass by.

Remodeled in 2024, new king mattress in master bedroom, and custom built in bunk beds!

The outdoor gazebo is a great place to sit by the water and create memories with the family. Spacious living area, WIFI, and washer and dryer inside, this condo is maintained to feel like home.

Just a 3 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, and less than a mile into the hub of Carolina Beach shopping area, this condo is perfectly located.

Please note the boat dock is privately owned and there is no access onto it.

Highly recommend all guests to take out insurance, particularly during hurricane season

Cute Spot Close to the Beach

Really enjoyed the stay here, easy and very short walk to the beach, nice and quiet at this part of Carolina Beach but closet to food and shopping. Lovely view of Intercoastal waterway. Host was very accommodating and great communication.

Well done!

This is an older building that has been lovingly restored. It has a beautiful view of the canal, and the walk to the beach is less than five minutes. It is well stocked (how many houses have a lemon zester?), the beds and other furniture are comfortable, and in all-- despite five days of rain-- I would recommend this property. Be aware, however, that there are two short flights of narrow steps leading into the property, which would limit access to those who have difficulty with steps.

Perfect Getaway

If you are thinking about booking this place, go ahead. It is located in the perfect location and very easy access to Carolina Beach making it approximately a 3 to 4 minute walk. Jessica answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns. This place is ideal for the perfect getaway and is peaceful qnd very welcoming.

Great stay!

Perfect size for our family of 4! Within an easy walk (one block) to the beach. Enjoyed our mornings sitting on the deck watching the boats head out for their deep sea adventures. Then evenings watching the sunset over the horizon. Far enough from the excitement of the boardwalk but close enough to walk up and enjoy fresh doughnuts. Great stay!

Loved the location

It was a great location. Easy walk to the beach (literally two blocks away) and loved sitting on the porch looking at the inland water and all the boats. It was a nice spot for a weekend getaway

Great location on the water!

A very peaceful setting overlooking the water. An easy walk to the beach and close to all the fun stuff at the boardwalk. We’d certainly consider returning here for another getaway.

Great location 0n the canal

My husband and I recently stayed here with our 14 yo grandson. Description of property is accurate. It’s an older building that is well maintained and was very comfortable for the three of us. It was a short walk to the beach, but the location on the canal was my favorite part. Sitting on the covered porch watching the sunset was amazing. It was very quiet and peaceful. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We had a battery go dead in a smoke detector and Jessica was easy to contact to get it taken care of.

Great Stay on the Canal

We had a wonderful experience overall at this property. We were so close to the beach, and we enjoyed it daily even in the sprinkles! The home provided a great location offering access to all of the Carolina Beach fun as well as close access to our favorite Front St Wilmington haunts. We would definitely consider this property for future stays when visiting with family in the area!

Perfect for us

This place was perfect for our first beach getaway in a long time. Great location! Beach access couldn't have been better, close enough to the boardwalk activities and restaurants to enjoy them but far enough that you couldn't hear them at night. We only brought one vehicle, parking would be a problem for multiple cars. The unit is well appointed with whatever you could need and has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. There is a great view from the deck and it was nice to sit and watch the boats pass by. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice water front. The property needs TLC. Air conditioning would not cool below 74. The ventilation vent was very nasty. The master bed needs a mattress wore out. A lot of road noise and new construction work across the street. Kitchen needs updating. Very dirty under the couch so you could only imagine what is under the beds! 😳 very pricey for what you got!

Great CB Location

We had a very enjoyable week stay. It’s was very clean. It has a great view of the marina from the deck. Enjoy beautiful sunset views as well. Close access to the beach and close restaurants.

Nice stay on the canal

This condo is 1 of I believe 6 in the building. The building is an older one. The unit itself was decorated nicely and updated. The floors are a little uneven throughout because of the age, but does not cause any problems walking. There are 2 sets of 6-7 stairs each to get to the unit, but that was no big deal. The view from the balcony is excellent. Lots of boats, paddle boarders, etc to watch. The 2nd bathroom is on the small side but very functional. Both bedrooms are of good size. The couch is very comfortable. Beach access is located about a 5 min walk. The hosts were very responsive to my messages and very helpful.

Spacious with a beautiful view!

A beautiful condo on the marina with an amazing view and everything you need to relax, and even cook a meal or two at home while on vacation. The master bed was super soft and comfortable, with a balcony and private bathroom. The main balcony over looks the marina with a sunset view! Very cozy and clean. The boardwalk is a very short drive away. You could even walk. I would definitely recommend.
