"The room we got was 3m X 3m. Movement inside the room was very restricted as you had to step over your suitcases. The "personal bath and toilet" was a shared affair. The toilet was 3 steps down, a walk of 15 metres, 3 steps up and you were there. The bathroom was close - a mere 10 m. away. The only good thing comfort wise was the free parking on the premises. The breakfasts were excellent as were the owners of the place,"

"Fantastic central location in Bowness - an abundance of shops and restaurants are on the doorstep, and the jetty is a just a short walk away. The allocated parking is a huge benefit. The garden outside the property is absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and full of charming character (the Puddle-Ducks theme was a lovely touch). The morning breakfast hamper with breads, fruit, yogurt, and juice was really nice too. Highly recommended"

"Staying at Cedar Manor was a dream. The room was clean, cozy with enough space for our needs. Coffee & tea corner with mini refrigerator too. The most comfortable beds of any other hotel! Breakfast was excellent and even customized for my pescatarian son. The grounds are impeccably and beautifully kept. Can’t wait to go back next year."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our short stay but the noise from the bed is not suitable for light sleeper. "We usually love this b&B but found it a little run down this time. Things broken in room, bed very squeaky, noisy room next to kitchen,marks and cobwebs around so a little disappointed. Staff very friendly, breakfast is wonderful very good choice. Parking spaces are few and you can't park on the road outside. Around 20 mins walk down to lake and same up to town."
